What this site collects
This place is deliberately sparing. It sets no cookies, loads no tracking or analytics services and embeds no third-party content. There is nothing here you would have to consent to.
Optional settings — your anchor and your breathing pace — are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us.
Server log files (hosting)
When you open a page, our hosting provider (Microsoft, Azure data centre in the EU) processes the technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the amount of data transferred and basic browser / operating-system information. These server logs serve the secure, stable operation of the site only and are not combined with other data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Microsoft acts as our processor.

A message sent to harald@carecom.de reaches our mailbox only. We do not pass it on to anyone or store it in any third-party system. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
Your rights
Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Art. 15–21 GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests by email to the address listed in the imprint.
